•  There is that sound... That profund growl. Very primitive. An instinctive animal. And all these high-pitch screams popping here and there. It's like being in a primeval forest with a T-Rex prowling around and nasty birds, lizards or creepy stuff following you to bite and taste you. And the binaural sound is the perfect soundtrack of this strange universe. Big thumbs up and thanks!

•  My favorite gen due to the depth of soundstage producing an actual psychoacoustic displacement effect. It's hard to beat the eerie generators for evoking a different place using sound. In contrast to the other gens, there are more sounds in this pool that are distinctly distant, instantly transporting you away.

•  I have only been on this site for a few days, but so far this must be my favorite magic generator. I like dark ambient, but this is dark in a bit different way than "typical" dark ambient. It's more like the sound of a horror movie. It's not useful for blocking outside noise or tinitus, and not what "normal people" would use for relaxation, but I'm glad it's included on this site anyway.

•  This generator is extraordinary... so eerie... we often get such deep focus atmospheres with it, each one a different dream with no exit and to which we can never return... Your work is fabulous and really eye opening in term of what can be done with sound. Best site on the internet.

•  Wandering through a haunted house, trying to find the exit, but too scared to go faster than a walk, or even let your heart beat too hard. That ringing in your ears - that's just your tinnitus acting up, right? Maybe it's the wind chimes. But what about that girl whispering? What does she want? Why you? Why now? Oh gosh. You need to get out of here.

• Combined with Noise Factory, this can give off some good Silent Hill vibes.

• Combined with the lullaby from Online Shushing and the Poltergeist RPG, you have a soundscape straight out of a horror game. Brilliant. Such a tense but perfectly evocative player.

• This is incredible. Simply incredible. The tension I invoked in my players during D&D campaign... Wow, just wow. The sound alone can turn another session into unforgettable experience! Thanks!

• Stephane... you are an ingenious Maestro of the Macabre... have another pint on my tab!

• You are tied to a table with your eyes blindfolded... the cute girl that bought you drink at the bar wasn't that cute.

• I'm the kind of person whose mind is dark. So dark that I find a small spike of solace when this kind of stuff is played at it's creepiest settings. It's almost like forcing myself back into my nightmares.Sampling some of the others has given me a slight chill or unease, but this... it's making my heart pump and my brain rack itself. Hearing it...reminds me just how real it all is.

• I've just started to explore here and I'm SO glad I found this. Forthcoming... creepy but soothing creepy, if that makes sense. Such a mysterious mood here. Ominous at times, but sometimes more like a sense of discovery and going to the edge and being unafraid. Love it.

• I like to turn on Animate on all the magic generators including this one and pretend I'm flying through a different world each time. I have a very vivid imagination and it helps me de-stress at the end of the day. I don't have much money to give but I think the money I donated to myNoise is well deserved!

• So far no other creepy sound on here has actually given me the chills or significantly affected me in any way. This one does!

• I am using the "Forthcoming" magic generator while doing programming. Surprisingly, it does not distract at all but has a rather calming effect. Love it.

• Every machine I try is better than the last. FORTHCOMING is wonderful — so amazing to be able to adjust to your personal creep-tolerance. LOL This site is perfect for any creative person, writer, thinker, etc. Please consider donating to keep this magic available to all of us! THANK YOU Stephane!

• Ohhhhh! I love this one! (I'm the kind of person who goes ghost hunting in creepy places for fun, the creepier the better). I could listen to this for hours, perfect!

• This one gives me shivers for minutes on end... Absolutely amazing, easily my favorite Magic Generator.

• The generator that populated does some serious chill inducing with the disembodied voices almost sounding as though a dark Mass is being performed. Might tie in with my religious upbringing, but the twist is so delightful and inspirational for the vampiric adventures I'm committing to paper.

• I am still discovering all of the generators on this site, and this has fast become a favorite! I would have become a patron sooner if there had been just a 30 second sample of these magic generators because people don't know what they are missing out on.

• These Magic Generators are a wonderful idea! They are the perfect addition to the family. I love Forthcoming in particular, because of its randomness I am able to use it to get in the zone, if you will, and do short writings. It's the perfect brain stimulator!

• This generator twists my room into a tornado of inspiration for writing novels, one of a kind.

• Only the tentacle that covers my mouth moves, so even though I can't move, I can scream this: "Never look in a mirror and say my name." Bill Woodruff

• I love every single generator on this website! The only thing I would change is to be able to share these Magic Generators.

• This sound generator is dark, yet mystifying, the sounds of thunder echo in the shadows as you trek through an eerie forest, heading to hallowed grounds... I love this site and it's generators. :D

• The eerie generators are my favorite. I created my own custom eerie soundscape, but I still find myself coming to Forthcoming while writing horror/creepy stories, because it just does the best job. It's got everything you need to send that chill up your spine in the best way. This whole site is a Godsend for us writerly/creative folk. Thank you so much, Dr. Pigeon!

• Just discovered this one today after becoming a patron. Really like it!

• Ooooooh... I got a wonderful combination with Anamnesis in the background, a ticking clock and church bells ringing ominously in the distance. This has a very ethereal quality to it. I feel like a fairy creature hiding in the woods, looking out at the strange doings of humans. Thank you to Dr. Pigeon!

• You wake up and open your eyes, it's pitch black. Your head is pounding so getting up is a struggle. After a while your eyes adjust and your head clears enough to stand. When taking a look around yourself, it appears you're in an alley. You stumble to the street and see abandoned vehicles, broken glass and bloodstains. You try to recall what happened, but to nothing comes to mind...

• The combination of eerie wind and the ticking clock... it creates a dire, ominous atmosphere. So eerie...

• I love this generator! It's so eerie, but strangely soothing. I would never have thought that all of these generators would sound this great together!
