Singing Beauty

At the heart of this soundscape there is a challenge I gave myself: to design a synthesizer tone that would sing with human qualities, though it may not sound like a human. The result of that experiment is the haunting sound associated with the purple slider.

Another sound I love on this generator is the sound coming from the Aeolian soundscape looping on a vintage cassette tape. This analog process generates distortion and flutter in an exquisite way: check out the teal slider.

And then there is my beloved Sequential Prophet 6 synthesizer, playing here too. Who says synthesizers can't be expressive?

If you are a patron, you can listen to this sound generator as it was originally designed; try the G# setting under Tape Speed Control. The vocal-like modulations will feel just wondrous!

Released by Stéphane on May 30th, 2022 and still playing thanks to those who support myNoise. Thank you Katarzyna, Sarah, Chad, Luria, Yenny, Cris Anthony, Alex, Barry, Alayna, Gabriel, Bladsurb, Andrea, Verônica Alves, Stephanie and Mikala

Set this to animated sliders at 4x speed and a high range, and it feels like heaven itself is singing to you. In a very haunting, beautiful, eerie way.

Yep, I think I understand what you mean with the purple sliding. It's haunting in a way I somehow like.

Dark Glow mode comforts me, and scratches my deep-seated 'WELCOME TO NIGHTVALE' atmospheric itch.

Lovely generator, especially when played at the original tape speed. The atmosphere of Auroral Swirls is so unique even among the other hauntingly-calm generators on this website. The purple slider reminds me of wolf howls. Thank you Stephane!

Amazing. Auroral Swirls is absolutely beautiful. It calms the mind and helps me concentrate.

Absolutely stunning, Auroral Swirls touches a part of my soul with it's beauty.

This is an amazing generator! I didn't think I'd like it when I tried it the first time, but I'm amazed by how entirely it entrances me and pulls me out of this world and into the world I'm creating in my latest novel. Paired with Poltergeist, this is really something special. Once again, Dr. Pigeon proves that myNoise is 100% the best noise generator out there. Thank you!

This reminds me of the time I had to yet exist. I love that you exist. Thank you!

Exellent! This sounds like a space version of Tundra's Lament. This "Celestial Chorus" + "The Healer" from Tundra's Lament play together very well and open the whole world of strange emotions!

This generator has instantaneously become one of my favorites on the entire site! This is something I have been longing for without even knowing it. All the fluctuating sounds instantly put my mind at ease and teleport me to a celestial place. I don't know exactly how to explain it, but these sounds make me feel safe at home. Like I'm being protected by the universe itself.

This soundscape sounds like it would be released alongside the OST for Tower Of God, Ethereal, Alien, just a touch of unsettling. Definitely a new favorite

This is gorgeous! Thank you so much for all the work you do!

You ought to be scoring movies... Excellent. This is a great new palette for custom generators. You can go light and relaxing, or dark and intense (like this setting), and yet all the sliders work together perfectly. Keep up the good work!!

A great escape to a wondrous place--a place where one can be content being alone without feeling alone with the constant presence of beautiful 'voices' that match the mysterious, ever-changing visits of the Aurora Borealis. Thank you for creating this gem! Inspired by a recent visit to a country in the North, eh? ;D -Maple

Amazing. Right up there with Tape Memories. Same kind of feel. Makes me want to sit in a bath for hours and just float away. Wow… Just wow.

  Oh, this is lovely.
