#Borealis. Part 2. Ch III

Everything was flowing normally aboard the Hipparchus except for the fact that Hydra, the AI, had changed the destination coordinates.

From the beginning of the return trip to Earth the crew remained in stasis and, therefore, no one on board was aware of this change of course and that the spacecraft, on its way to the pulsar Vela X-1, was inexorably approaching the B33-type blue supergiant star HD 77581, which is part of the pulsar's binary system.

Of course, the ship had its own protective systems and shields, and Hydra would take all the appropriate safety measures, but would this be enough?

Create Your Own

Use a laptop or desktop computer, as you will be asked to use keyboard shortcuts.

To create your custom composite generator, browse the site for slider contents: open any generator on myNoise, and select the sliders you want to use in your custom set by 'zeroing' all others, then hit [c] to collect all active sliders into a hidden stack. Move to a next generator and repeat the process until you have accumulated 10 sliders. Now hit [shift+c] to render your custom composite generator. At any point, press [x+c] to clear the hidden stack.
