No, I'm not a doctor. This won't cure OCD. But it may help! I slaved over a hot stove for ~8.8 hrs making this. Unhealthy, right? B/c I not only have severe OCD, but also ASD & ADHD. Which means this site, and ultimately seeking ASMR of any kinds to help ground me in general is fun!- but a mixed blessing too. Like Stephane, sound is in my special interests. I hyper-focus too much each day with finding the perfect music. Except when you overthink stuff 24/7, it takes a lot of time from you. So I put my favorite noises in 1 place! Works best when fully animated, OR in pairs of 2 sliders only. Began this as a "Nightvale" theme, actually. But it morphed into a flow-state generator, tailored for brains like mine! I crave always a paradox: Something repetitive, shiny and bright, metallically tight, industrious; mechanical, cold & full of harshly snappy pleasant beats! Yet also I crave for deep echoes, balanced with tinges of organically cozy, atmospheric warmth.

● I know what you mean. I also love dark repetitive sounds, like the first slider and recognized the Beatae Memoriae Clock, I use (solo) when I have a hard time sleeping. Your OCD remedy has a nice pace and great volume settings, wiping away some stress from this day. So thank you! :-) - Arend

To create your custom composite generator, browse the site for slider contents: open any generator on myNoise, and select the sliders you want to use in your custom set by 'zeroing' all others, then hit [c] to collect all active sliders into a hidden stack. Move to a next generator and repeat the process until you have accumulated 10 sliders. Now hit [shift+c] to render your custom composite generator. At any point, press [x+c] to clear the hidden stack.
