Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy used to be straightforward: we do not collect data from this app unless specifically described below.

Since July 2024, we have started collecting data via Firebase. The collected data is anonymous and is not used for any other purpose than to better understand how users interact with our app and to improve it. It’s only handled within our small team and isn’t shared to any other third party.

We made this decision because we are investing a lot of time and energy into developing the new app. Before, we didn't know how our features were being used. Now, we can see how often users enjoy certain soundscapes or use features like the "alarm" and "timer". By understanding user engagement better, we can ensure the most popular soundscapes are easy to find. It also enables us to replace seldom-used features in the future, with new ones that users have asked for, such as a meditation bell.
